Nicola was brought into the company to manage the marketing for Jones Building Group. As a Company JBG, historically never had any formal marketing management and with a multi-office operations, multi-faceted services and a fairly rigid company culture, therefore the role was going to be delicate and complex. Nicola’s presence made an impact on the business from day one. She approached the project with professionalism and enthusiasm, identifying the issues that needed to be addressed very quickly.Working with managers and directors, a number of initiatives were introduced that helped the company progress and improve its image with clients and the community more widely. Nicola organised well-received client and community events, redeveloped the company website, increased our presence on social media and in the community and even gained national recognition on the BBC One Show regarding the important issue around Health & Safety of outdoor workers. Nicola also went the extra mile for clients and received high praise for helping with client events and promotion. Nicola is personable, honest and hard-working.
